To establish a viable and sustainable economic and social foundation within our community, which will provide for all its citizens and adequate standard of living while maintaining the unique life style for the Adirondack region. We covenant together to work cooperatively with one another, County and State governing bodies, all organizations already established, and those which may yet be established within our community toward the enhancement of the quality of life enjoyed by all who live and work in the towns of Clifton and Fine

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Worked closely with businesses coming into the community including Nice n’ Easy, Pharmacy, Packbasket Adventures and others Assisted with the reopening of the Newton Falls Paper Mill after clo-sure in 2000. Oversee numerous committees that work towards the overall improve-ment of our community Instrumental in securing numerous grants for the Clifton Fine Community. Key player in bringing fiber optics and cell phone technology to the Clifton-Fine community.
VOLUNTEERING / DONATING - Many donations are made to a specific committee. If donation is for a specific committee, the donation should be made out to “CFEDC – name of committee”. Most funds are used for the betterment of our whole community.
